What you should know about pre-ordering:

Placing your pre-order does not require a deposit.

We will NOT be accepting any trade-in's towards any pre-orders for the new console.

Pre-ordering now DOES NOT guarantee you a console on Launch Day.

Once we have been given our allocation of Hardware / Software we will contact all customers who have pre-ordered through us, in the order that the pre-orders were placed.

If you are fortunate enough to have secured a pre-order for launch, we will contact you and arrange for payment to be made for the pre-order.

If you are unable to pay the pre-order in full then unfortunately we will have to offer your launch day pre-order to the next customer.
